![]() Title: Quiet Shy Author: Brandon L. Summers Genre: Science Fiction Publisher: Supposed Crimes Date Publised: April 1, 2017 Pages: 156 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ Goodreads Synopsis:
Alexandria Fix hates her job as an archaeologist for a renowned institute. It keeps her away from her sensitive wife, Quiet Shy, who comes from the future of an alternate reality. The sentiment only intensifies when Alex's life becomes entangled with the pursuits of an evil cult. Review: Everything about Quiet Shy seemed rushed to me. It is only 156 pages and I think that it could've been at least 300. There was not much of any backstory or complexity to the characters. I had super high expectations for this book. The plot of the book, even though it as rushed, was amazing! I loved the idea of the book. Quiet Shy and Alex made such a cute couple. I would've liked to have more information about Quiet Shy. I feel like she had the potential to be a really developed and complicated character, but her backstory was missing. It was only covered briefly, over a couple pages. Overall, I loved the plot and concept of this book. Although it was rushed, I think it is worth checking out if you are a fan of science fiction. Buy Quiet Shy:
